All payments for services must be made only in the name of Primeart One EMI Solutions.

Payments must be made through:

• Official bank account (Current Account)
• NEFT / IMPS / RTGS
• Authorized payment gateways

The Firm does not accept payments made to personal accounts or under any other name.

The Firm shall not be responsible for any loss arising from payments made outside authorized channels.

8 Security and Data Processing

The Firm implements reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of user information.

However, the Firm does not guarantee complete security of data transmitted over the internet, and the Service Receiver acknowledges associated risks.

9 User Obligations

The Service Receiver agrees:

• Not to copy, reproduce, or misuse any content from the website
• Not to distribute or modify any material without authorization
• Not to engage in unlawful activities using the website or services

Any misuse may result in termination of services.

10 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website, submitting information, or availing services, the Service Receiver:
